heyyy, im Helix, and i'm starting this weird blog where i might or might not upload weekly posts rambling about IT stuff, music, and other random things that i find interesting.
lately, i've been sleeping a lot cuz uni took a massive toll on my brain
apart from that, my current hyperfixation is
yup. you heard right. these weird videos or songs that somebody claims that their mom or uncle had in an old cassette but now are lost to the stains of time are some of the most intriguing mysteries given that, at least for some of them, people have been looking for LITERAL AGES with no success. (or maybe OPs are just trolling us, who knows)
a pretty interesting recent case of a real lost media (specifically lostwave cuz i'm more into reading about lost music than anything else) being found is TMMS (short for The Most Mysterious Song on the internet)
this thing was recorded in a radio station for young folks in germany around 1983, and was only discovered thanks to the power of the INTERNET this year!
but given that i am a spanish speaking person (so don't mind me if my spelling isn't perfect) i was wondering if there are songs in my language that are lost to time or space or whatever. and guess what? there are! (tons of them actually)
(author unknown since its first youtube video in 2009, first REAL online presence dates back to 2003 from a site called PowerMusic where you can find a shittier WMA version of the song, commonly mislabeled as "Linkin Park - Rubia" and possibly comes from P2P) (unknown author AND name, OP is a major asshole to everyone who opposes his theory of when the song was released so the original video is private LOL)i think this is enough for now, have a listen to these tunes and see you next time ^^
